This includes the 2012 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta and the 2006 Ford GTX1. Forza Horizon is from Playground Games, Turn 10 Studios and Microsoft Studios. This DLC was released yesterday, December 4, 2012, for the Xbox Live Arcade (XBLA). Forza Horizon was out on October 23, 2012 originally.
