The head of an Australian radio station has defended the DJs who made a prank call to a London hospital treating the Duchess of Cambridge.<br />The nurse who took the call, and ended up on the radio, has been found dead.<br />The CEO of Southern Cross Austereo said no law had been broken. <br />Al Jazeera's Andrew Thomas reports
