Police gather near the site of a plane crash in Mexico, where singer Jenni Rivera was killed as her jet crashed near the city of Monterrey.<br/> <br />A driving licence belonging to the U.S.-Mexican singer was recovered from the wreckage.<br/> <br />Seven people were reportedly onboard the plane at the time of the crash.<br/> <br />Investigators say the remains are spread over a wide area, making the recovery operation difficult.<br/> <br />Born in California, Rivera has sold some 15 million records.<br/> <br />At the time of the crash the 43-year-old was heading to Mexico's Toluca city after a sold-out show in Monterrey on Saturday (December 8).<br/> <br />The cause of the plane crash is not yet known.
