North Korea says it will extend the launch window for its controversial rocket until December 29.<br />An official statement cites technical difficulties for the delay but Pyongyang has been under a lot of international pressure to abandon the launch.<br />Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett has more from South Korea's capital Seoul.
