Burn-'Em-Up suffers a horrible car crash--or that is, he would have if he hadn't fortunately jumped from the car at 100MPH! (Did you really think Burn-'Em-Up could be stopped by a little thing like the laws of physics?) He still needs money to make a down payment on a new school bus, however, so he takes a dangerous job testing a prototype car at high speed.
