Samoans clean up after a deadly cyclone hammered their small Pacific Ocean country last week.<br/> <br />The tropical storm killed at least four people and left parts of the capital - Apia - ankle deep in mud.<br/> <br />Cyclone Evan flattened hundreds of homes, leaving parts of the country without power and water.<br/> <br />It even tossed around cars like rag dolls.<br/> <br />The devastation and subsequent shortages have complicated rescue efforts, say volunteers.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE)(English) VOLUNTEER RESCUE WORKER LIA TUALA SAYING:<br/> <br />"The water is really dirty now. There's a lack of clean water and water for food."<br/> <br />The powerful cyclone was reported to be getting stronger as it headed towards Fiji.
