The bodies of four gunmen killed in Syria are ferried across the border into Lebanon on Sunday.<br/> <br />They were among 14 Lebanese and Palestinian fighters from northern Lebanon killed in Syria two weeks ago by forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.<br/> <br />This is the second shipment of bodies - last week Syria returned three slain fighters to Lebanon.<br/> <br />And here in the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli, relatives carry the coffins through the streets after they were transported from the frontier.<br/> <br />Tripoli has been the site of repeated clashes as Syria's civil war spills across the border into its Mediterranean neighbour.<br/> <br />Tripoli is a majority Sunni city, but is also host to a substantial Alawite minority - the same sect to which Bashar al-Assad belongs.
