Fiji had been warned to expect its biggest cyclone in 20 years.<br/> <br />Cyclone Evan swept in packing winds up to 120 kilometres an hour and heavy rains.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN SAYING (English):<br/> <br />"Everybody's moving to the community hall where is higher place from the village.
