At the age of 115, the world's oldest person has died.<br/> <br />Dina Manfredini passed away in a retirement centre in Iowa on Monday (December 17).<br/> <br />She claimed the title for just 13 days, after being crowned by Guinness World Records two weeks ago.<br/> <br />The title has now passed to a Japanese man, who is just 15 days younger than Manfredini.<br/> <br />Jiroemon Kimura celebrated his 115th birthday with family earlier this year.<br/> <br />He attributes long life to sunlight and an active mind.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: 115-YEAR-OLD KYOTO RESIDENT JIROEMON KIMURA SAYING (Japanese):<br/> <br />"I don't know exactly... maybe it's all thanks to the sun above me. I am always looking up towards the sky, that is how I am."<br/> <br />Manfredini and Kimura would've both been six-years-old when the Wright brothers flew the first plane.
