His plan was to murder and castrate Justin Bieber plus take the lives of at least two other people.<br /><br />Martin recruited Mark Aaron Staake, a man who has been in and out of prisons since the 90s, to help carry out his plan. Authorities believe the two met while serving time together.<br /><br />While out on parole, Staake enlisted his 23-year-old nephew, Tanner Ruane, to help carry out the castration — an important job considering the men would make $2,500 per testicle. Martin also specified that they strangle Bieber with a paisley tie, which is his calling card.<br /><br />In a bizarre turn of events, Martin ended up confessing to police. Did we mention he has a tattoo of Justin Bieber on his leg? Yeah...<br /><br />Staake and Ruane were apprehended at a border crossing in Vermont. A police search revealed "murder tools" and an assassination plan in the vehicle.attempt.
