The ship is subject to the fishing law which includes not only confiscation of the cargo but also a fine ranging from five to ten million pesos ($1, 018 to $2, 036 US)."<br/> <br />The fishing vessels were spotted about 400 kilometres off the Patagonian province of Chubut.<br/> <br />They came from the Chinese port of Shidao.
