Nicaragua's San Cristobal volcano has been spewing a cloud of ash and smoke since a small eruption on Tuesday.<br/> <br />Authorities have asked those living within 3-kms of the volcano, to leave.<br/> <br />But many of the 300 families in the area say they're not going anywhere.<br/> <br />This man says the volcano is letting off sand more than anything else.<br/> <br />"I don't think it's a big problem," he says. "It intensifies and it goes down."<br/> <br />This woman believes God will prevent any disaster.<br/> <br />"We are here close to the volcano and we're used to it," she says. "We always have faith in God and the Virgin (Mary) that nothing will happen."<br/> <br />The 1,745-metre volcano - the tallest in Nicaragua's - has become active in recent years with a series of small eruptions.
