Days of heavy rain have caused flooding in France's northern province of Nord-Pas-de-Calais. <br /><br />On the outskirts of Merville, the river Lys has risen by one centimetre every hour and a half - reaching over 2.5 metres.<br /><br />Flooding has cut off roads and damaged buildings across the region.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
