Bloggers in China will no longer be allowed to publish anonymously, and their posts may be deleted, and information about them may be sent to the authorities. <br /><br />It is all part of a package of new internet rules which critics say are an attack on freedom of speech.<br /><br />Rob McBride has reports from Hong Kong.
