<p>British supermodel Naomi Campbell was attacked on November 21, 2012 in the central Paris district of Marais.<br /><br />French prosecutors confirmed on Friday that Campbell was the victim of "attempted robbery with violence" and that she had reported the incident to the police.<br /><br />The New York Post published an article on Thursday (January 3) claiming that Campbell had been robbed and suffered a leg injury in the attack. The report goes on to claim that Campbell then flew to Colorado to be treated at the Steadman Clinic.<br /><br />French police had earlier been unable to confirm any report had been filed by Campbell.<br /><br />The prosecutor's office declined to give any further details.</p>
