Nearly four days after three children were killed in a blast in Digboi in Assam, Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has lashed out at the anti-talk faction of the ULFA, blaming it for the explosion. The Chief Minister also hinted at a dangerous alliance between the ULFA, maoists and the ISI. Following the blast, Assam has been put on high alert, and security has been stepped up across the state.
