ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION).<br/> <br />STORY: U.S. President Barack Obama in his final news conference of his first term said he may have more time on his hands in the second term.<br/> <br />Obama was asked to respond to criticism that he has not spent enough time developing personal relationships with members of Congress.<br/> <br />He told the news conferences that now that his daughters are getting older they are less interested in spending time with him -- and perhaps republicans in Congress may want to come "play cards" now that he has more time.
