Ambulances rush to the scene of a deadly suicide bombing in Iraq's Kirkuk.<br/> <br />The blast killed at least 10 people and wounded more than 100 on Wednesday when a suicide bomber detonated his explosives-packed truck outside the office of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.<br/> <br />Passersby and police helped carry the wounded out of the rubble and from wrecked vehicles after the huge blast tore through the commercial street.<br/> <br />Another two people died and 20 others were wounded in another bombing outside a rival political party office in Tuz Khurmato, about 100 miles north of the capital.<br/> <br />Tensions are high between Baghdad's Arab-led government and the Kurdistan enclave to the north, as disputes continue over several oilfields and areas like here in Kirkuk where they both claim jurisdiction.
