Dreamliners grounded as battery blamed for incident

A team of investigators gather at Japan's Takamatsu airport, looking into a malfunction on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner.<br/> <br />Safety officials believe a faulty battery could be behind an incident on Wednesday (January 16) which forced pilots to make an emergency landing.<br/> <br />Japan, Europe and India have now joined the U.S. in grounding the Dreamliner.<br/> <br />Japan's transport ministry says it's for an indefinite period as further checks are made.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: JAPANESE TRANSPORT MINISTRY VICE MINISTER HIROSHI KAJIYAMA, SAYING (Japanese):<br/> <br />"How each airline will deal with the business of keeping people flying, flight changes and such, is a problem for them.
