Early Sunday morning, Vice President Joe Biden is sworn into office in a the private ceremony in the main foyer of his official residence. He used a bible with a Celtic cross on the cover that has been in his family since 1893.<br/> <br />Later Biden joined the President for a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery.<br/> <br />Obama will also hold a low key swearing in at the White House Sunday.<br/> <br />The Constitution mandates that the president takes office January 20.<br/> <br />Biden along with President Barack Obama will repeat the oath of office Monday in the customary ceremony outside the the Capitol overlooking the National Mall.
