U.S. President Barack Obama takes the official oath for his second term in a small, private ceremony at the White House.<br/> <br />Obama, will be sworn in publicly for his second term Monday in a much bigger ceremony outside the U.S. Capitol.<br/> <br />As many as 800,000 people are expected to attend the ceremony.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) NORTH CAROLINA STUDENT, KAYLA HOBSON, SAYING:<br/> <br />"It's awesome like, its like amazing just being here with our classmates and everything, just seeing history. because this is like once in a lifetime -- it only comes once every four years."<br/> <br />As visitors gather in Washington they are already collecting memories.<br/> <br />Outside on the streets, final preparations are underway.<br/> <br />Obama's speech Monday is expected to set the tone for the start of his second term.
