China has called for calm and restraint after North Korea said it will carry out further rocket launches and a nuclear test targeting the United States.<br />Chinese Foreign Ministry urged the "relevant party" not to take any steps that would raise tensions.<br />Pyongyang's announcement comes just days after the United Nations increased sanctions against North Korea, following a rocket launch last month.<br />Harry Fawcett has the latest from Busan, South Korea.
