The United Nations has launched an inquiry into the legality of using unmanned aerial drones.<br /><br />The UN is particulary concerned about civilian deaths, and the inquiry could eventually lead to war crimes charges.<br /><br />The inquiry is in response to requests from Pakistan, Russia and China. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports from London.
