Italy's unemployment rate is close to the eurozone average at just over 11 per cent - the economy's been in recession since the middle of 2011. <br /><br />One company that's planning a big expansion is the U.S. fast-food giant McDonald's, which plans to open 100 more restaurants in Italy by 2015.<br /><br />But the promise of more McJobs serving Happy Meals doesn't make everyone happy. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Charlie Angela reports from Rome.
