French President Francois Hollande has arrived in Mali's central town of Sevare and is now in Timbuktu where he is meeting French troops. <br /><br />He is expected to outline plans of French withdrawal from Mali, but as Jack Rowland reports, the final leg of the French mission is yet to be accomplished. <br /><br />Rowland says the real test of the French military intervention will be to restore the whole country as a unified nation under civilian control, and that this is still some way off.
