An American tourist seen here in airport security footage has been found dead in Istanbul.<br/> <br />Sarai Sierra of New York went missing during a trip to Turkey.<br/> <br />Police have arrested nine people on suspicion of murder after finding her body near the historic walls of the city.<br/> <br />An avid photographer, Sierra had traveled alone after a friend planning to join her pulled out at the last minute.<br/> <br />The 33-year-old flew to Turkey on January 7, from where she also visited the Netherlands and Germany before returning to Istanbul on January 19.<br/> <br />After Sierra failed to show up for her January 22 return flight to the US, her husband and brother traveled to Istanbul to help search for her.<br/> <br />The body of the mother of two has yet to be formally identified, but authorities found Sierra's driver's license on the corpse.
