ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: British police officers used a taser stun gun on a man armed with two knives on Sunday (February 3), heading towards the gates of Buckingham Palace.<br/> <br />When challenged outside the center gates he held a knife to his own throat in front of crowds gathered outside Buckingham Palace for the Changing of the Guard ceremony.<br/> <br />A police office used a taser stun gun on the knifeman who immediately fell to the ground.<br/> <br />According the The Metropolitan Police, the the man was arrested on suspicion of causing an affray.<br/> <br />The Queen and Prince Philip were at Sandringham at the time.
