At least 30 people have been killed after an attack on a police headquarters in Iraq.<br /><br />A suicide bomber targeted a compound in the Northern city of Kirkuk. <br /><br />Gunmen in uniform then stormed the building.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jane Arraf reports from Baghdad.
