Bulgaria has pointed an accusing finger at the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah over a bus bombing last July that killed five Israeli tourists.<br /><br />If true, it would not be the first time the group staged attacks abroad. <br /><br />Raffaello Pantucci, of the Royal United Services Institute, says Hezbollah was linked to an attack on a Jewish centre in Argentina in 1994.
