A gang of criminals inside Brazilian prisons are being blamed for a series of revenge attacks on the outside.<br /><br />It's thought the violence in Santa Catarina state is in retaliation for prison guards attacking inmates with tear gas.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Gabriel Elizondo reports.
