Authorities are calling on fugitive ex-cop Christopher Dorner to give himself up as police swarm the San Bernardino mountains northeast of Los Angeles.<br/> <br />LA police Commander Andrew Smith.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) LA POLICE COMMANDER ANDREW SMITH, SAYING:<br/> <br />"If he is watching this the message for himself is enough is enough. It is time to turn yourself in. It is time to watch the blood shed. It is time to let this event and incident be over.<br/> <br />Smith confirmed reports that Dorner broke into a home, tied up a couple and stole their pick up truck.<br/> <br />Two officers involved in the shootout were struck by gunfire,<br/> <br />Authorities suspect Dorner of targeting law enforcement officers and their families in three revenge-driven killings.
