Carl, Oscar Pistorius' brother, seen here arriving at their uncle's South African home Sunday, where the athlete is staying while on bail on murder charges.<br/> <br />According to his lawyer, Carl is also facing charges -- of culpable homicide -- for allegedly killing a motorcyclist three years ago in a driving incident, but refused to comment further.<br/> <br />Oscar Pistorius, suspected of murdering his model girlfriend on February 14, has been ordered to avoid all witnesses and his Pretoria home.<br/> <br />He is also to abstain from alcohol and report to police twice a week after giving up his passports and two firearms.<br/> <br />The next hearing is set for June 4, when the court is expected to set the date for his murder trial.<br/> <br />Pistorius could return to training in a week's time, even though his competitions have been cancelled.
