Parts of the U.S. are getting battered with a winter blizzard...<br/> <br />In parts of Texas, traffic has been slowed down or snarled completely by snow covered roads.<br/> <br />With visibility near zero, some cars and this big rig have gone off the road completely.<br/> <br />As the storm traveled further north, more of the same.<br/> <br />In Oklahoma meteorologists say up to two feet of snow could get dumped in the area.<br/> <br />A state of emergency was declared and roads and highways were closed for safety.
