http://www.legendarystrength.com - I beat out my previous PR in full range handstand pushups of 7 reps with 8 reps here. The last two were a bit of a struggle as you can see by the added arch I used to activate the chest to help, but overall it was a solid set.<br /><br />It shouldn't be too long before I can do 10 and then onward to my goal of 20 full range handstand pushups in a single set. Another goal I have is to complete 100 reps in multiple sets within a half hour time frame.<br /><br />This is just one of the many hand stand training methods I'm currently doing to become stronger and more skills.<br /><br />I know some people will say my form sucks for whatever reason during this exercise. Save yourself the breath as I don't care what you say. I work them in this form because they are making me stronger and helping me get to my goals.<br /><br />This isn't just an exercise for supermen. When I first started handstand training I couldn't even do one rep of touching my head to the ground in a handstand pushup, let alone full range.
