11 months back, TIMES NOW's expose revealed the offer on kickbacks by AgustaWestland on another arms deal. TIMES NOW at the same time also questioned the government; whether kickbacks were offered on the Rs 3600 crore chopper deal as well. But, the government chose not to probe the report and instead give the company involved a clean chit. On Wednesday (Feb 27) in the Rajya Sabha the BJP acknowledged the TIMES NOW's expose and questioned why government did not act despite the TIMES NOW's report.
