...Anger in South Africa...<br /> <br />Protesters shouted "police are dogs" outside this Johannesburg police station Friday.<br /> <br />That's where a man was found dead while in custody, after police dragged him handcuffed to the back of their moving truck.<br /> <br />And nearby, this is what they've been hoping for: the arrest of eight policemen now charged with the man's murder, says police investigator Kuki Mbeki.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) KUKI MBEKI, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF OF INDEPENDENT POLICE INVESTIGATIVE DIRECTORATE (IPID), SAYING:<br /> <br />"We have just arrested the eight members of the South African police service that are suspected of the crime. We are currently investigating a case of murder against all eight of them.
