Massive protests have sparked in Jammu and Kashmir after a 29 year-old Kashmiri student was found dead in his room in his college in Hyderabad. Mudasir Kamran, who was pursuing PhD in English at English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad, was found hanging from the ceiling of his hostel room on Saturday (March 2) night. He was rushed to a nearby hospital by other students at the campus, but reportedly died on the way. Even as the police continue to probe into the mysterious death of Mudassir, the victim's family alleges foul play.
