Ikono and Artconnect Berlin present: #1 Open Call for Sculptors! <br /><br />Ikono and Artconnect invite Berlin-based artists to take part in a year-long series of open calls to promote the visibility of the arts on a local and international scale. Two artworks will be selected from each open call and presented on our local and international media platforms throughout the following month. <br /><br />We are glad to introduce you to the amazing works of one of the first two winners of the #1 Open Call: Steffen Kasperavicius. <br /><br />Steffen Kasperavicius is a visual artist and graphic/motion designer. His works confront the audience with sculpture and video or installative interventions. He questions absence, time manipulation, art-historic links, space/architecture and (anti-)interaction.
