Salman Khan who had filed a petition against a lower court order on his infamous 2002 hit-and-run case, has sought exemption from making a court appearance in Mumbai. A Mumbai sessions court, was supposed to hear the actor's plea against a lower court's order. The case has been adjourned till the 8th of March. Meanwhile, the actor has landed in the thick of another controversy with a suburban fisherman's family alleging that he has threatened them to shift their boats and fishing nets, since they blocked the sea view from the Bollywood star's residence.
