At least thirteen people have died and many others were wounded after a truck carrying fireworks for a religious celebration exploded in Mexico.<br /><br />The blast occurred when a stray firework hit a truck carrying a large quantity of fireworks near the village of Jesus Tepactepec in Tlaxcala state.
