ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: Just two days after the swearing in of Chief Justice Khil Raj Regmi as Prime Minister, the Baidya faction of the divided Maoist Party held a protest rally in Kathmandu on Saturday burning the effigies of Nepal's president and the newly appointed prime minister.<br/> <br />Members of the the Baidya faction of the Maoist Party have been protesting outside the Presidential Palace since Regmi was sworn in as prime minister on March 14.<br/> <br />Chief Justice Regmi was sworn in by the president as the head of an interim government with a mandate to hold elections by June 21.
