Lebanon's Prime Minister has resigned.<br /><br />The government has been divided on several issues, including the creation of a committee to supervise upcoming elections.<br /><br />But the biggest issue, has been the handling of the conflict in neighbouring Syria.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rula Amin reports from Beirut.
