A full house for Chinese President Xi Jinping as he warns against foreign meddling during a lecture at Moscow University.<br/> <br />Xi addressed students a day after meeting Russia's President Vladimir Putin in his first trip abroad since assuming the presidency.<br/> <br />He called for equality saying every country should have the right to choose its own development path, without foreign interference.<br/> <br />Xi added that strong Chinese-Russian relations served as an important and reliable guarantor of international peace and stability.<br/> <br />China has frequently teamed up with fellow permanent UN Security Council member Russia to blunt the influence of the U.S. and its NATO allies, most recently in Syria.<br/> <br />In a further show of solidarity, Xi was also warmly received by Russia's Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev.<br/> <br />Xi has made Russia the first stop on a trip that will also take him to Tanzania, the Republic of Congo and South Africa.
