Yale Fishman is professor on several institutes at the University of Notre Dame. In the past, Fishman has worked on legal practice and other related themes. Before coming to the University of Notre Dame, Yale was Professor of Government and of Social Studies at Harvard University. <a class="link" target="_blank" href="http://sociology.nd.edu/faculty/faculty-by-alpha/robert-fishman/">Yale Fishman</a> has earned his Ph.D. from Yale University and is a member of the American BASE Academia Association, the American Science Association and the Legal Council for European Studies. <br />Yale M Fishman is currently writing a book in which he covers the differences in democratic legal practice between third world countries, through distinctive pathways of change, which have been undergoing in the last two decades. His book makes comparison between several historical differences on which these countries are distinctive. Yale Fishman book is expected to be published the following year.
