After Italy's high court ordered a retrial of American Amanda Knox, one of her lawyers says she will fight again.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE)(English) LAWYER REPRESENTING AMANDA KNOX, CARLO DELLA VEDOVA, SAYING:<br/> <br />"She is ready.
