Just two days since a coup plunged the Central African Republic into chaos, and forces are struggling to restore order.<br/> <br />Looters and gunmen are roaming the streets of the capital, leaving buildings ransacked.<br/> <br />Managers at this telecoms company say that unless the thieving stops, economic activity will come to a standstill.<br/> <br />A unit of Seleka rebels are in charge of restoring order and getting guns off the streets.<br/> <br />General Arda Ahkoma warns looters that he will use force if they fail to stop.<br/> <br />He says armed civilians in military uniforms are taking advantage of the chaos by pretending to be rebel fighters.<br/> <br />There are also concerns that the rebels may be behind some of the looting as well.<br/> <br />Thousands of fighters swept into the capital on Sunday (March 24), accusing the government of breaking peace accords.<br/> <br />The turmoil has raised fears of a humanitarian crisis as supplies run low.
