(ROUGH CUT ONLY - NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />WARNING - VIDEO CONTAINS GRAPHIC CONTENT<br/> <br />At least 24 people died when a bus fell off a cliff in a remote area in southern Peru, police officials said on Wednesday (March 27).<br/> <br />The accident happened when a passenger bus, belonging to bus company Andares, fell 80m (262 feet) off a road travelling from the Puno region to Arequipa on a tight bend.<br/> <br />The causes of the accident are being investigated. Those injured were taken to hospitals in Arequipa.<br/> <br />An unidentified eyewitness, said tiredness and high speed were probably to blame.<br/> <br />"There are two issues I am able to comment on as a fellow driver. One, tiredness and the other speed and excess in confidence, combined. Bus drivers these days drive recklessly."<br/> <br />Public transport in the poor Latin American county is plagued by illegal bus operators, unsafe vehicles and drivers who aren't properly trained.
