A Portuguese computer technician who has been unemployed for the last two years, has presented a letter of complaint to the Portuguese ombudsman. <br /><br />He is refusing to pay any more taxes and basing his cause on article 21 of the Portuguese Consitution, called the right to resistance.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
