Actor Manoj Kumar filed a case against shah Rukh khan at andheri court on tuesday.The actor's verification statement has been recorded and next date of hearing is april 6 . It maybe recalled here that Manoj Kumar had objected to defamatory scenes mocking him in Shah Rukh Khan's film Om Shanti Om in 2007. <br />The actor had apologised and promised to delete the scene but the film released in japan without deleting scenes to which Manoj Kumar has objected.
