Peru's the latest South American country to suffer the misery of severe and deadly floods.<br/> <br />At least two people have been killed.<br/> <br />Eight more are missing.<br/> <br />Homes and communities across the country are under threat from the rising waters.<br/> <br />This college was among the buildings to fall victim.<br/> <br />The father of one of the students says he's never seen it so bad.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE)(Spanish) UNIDENTIFIED FATHER OF STUDENT AT FLOODED COLLEGE SAYING:<br/> <br />"I'm 65 years old (THIS MAN SAYS) and it's the first time I've seen it like this, this flooding. It's unfortunate."<br/> <br />In Argentina where at least 51 people lost their lives in a massive rainstorm earlier in the week there are protests.<br/> <br />Tempers are rising as the flood waters recede in the city of La Plata.<br/> <br />Food and bedding are being supplied to those left destitute by the storm.<br/> <br />But the protesters heading for city hall want more.<br/> <br />Some are demanding more food supplies, others want compensation
